Strolling Madrigals are always a hit during the Annual City of Humble Christmas Parade of Lights. This year’s parade will be held Tuesday, Dec. 4, at 6:30 p.m. on Main Street. The theme is “How the Grinch Stole Christmas.” Santa Claus will visit Uptown Park after the parade to visit with children.
